Our job as your stager is to provide a focal point in each space. We create flow and movement so that potential buyers find themselves wanting to travel from room to room. We provide the "wow" that helps buyers emotionally make that transition to picturing themselves as the new owners.
When viewing a property, especially a vacant property, only 10% of the people can visualize what the space could look like. Vacant or over stuffed rooms that are large can seem small to the untrained eye. Vacant spaces can seem hollow and cold and make even minor imperfections stand out. Without the help of some properly placed and scaled furnishings as well as the softening and warmth of coordinating décor, most people are not able to visualize the space, so they do not form the emotional attachment necessary to purchase the home.
